Maintenance Subscription Terms

Roof Maintenance Subscription Agreement with 100% Leak Coverage

This Roof Maintenance Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is made after initial assessment and approval from Bardin Roofing ("Effective Date") between Bardin Roofing ("Service Provider") and the customer ("Subscriber").

1. Subscription Details

1.1 The Subscriber agrees to enter into a roof maintenance subscription with the Service Provider. Roof Maintenance is defined as Seal exposed and pop nails, Seal visible flashings, Seal penetration points, Clean debris off roof annually, Remove and Replace mechanically damaged shingles as needed and Seal pipe boots and weather collars or replace as needed.
1.2 The subscription provides comprehensive maintenance and regular inspections of the Subscriber's roof to ensure its optimal condition.
1.3 The Subscription offers 100% leak coverage, ensuring that any leak resulting from general wear and tear will be promptly repaired by the Service Provider at no additional cost; plus restoring the interior ceiling.

1.4 All subscription payments will become a credit on a Full Roof Replacement.

2. Services Provided

2.1 The Service Provider will conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of the roof and identify any potential issues.
2.2 Any necessary maintenance needed to prevent or resolve leaks will be performed promptly by the Service Provider.
2.3 The Service Provider will use industry-standard practices, materials, and expertise to ensure quality maintenance.

3. Subscriber Responsibilities

3.1 The Subscriber agrees to pay the agreed-upon subscription fee in a timely manner.
3.2 The Subscriber will promptly notify the Service Provider of any leaks or roofing issues detected during the subscription period.
3.3 The Subscriber will grant the Service Provider appropriate access to the premises to perform inspections and maintenance.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

4.1 This Agreement covers leaks resulting from normal wear and tear under the provided maintenance services. Any leaks caused by intentional or accidental damage, acts of nature, negligence, material defects, out of code items or third-party activity are excluded.
4.2 The Subscriber acknowledges that this Agreement does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions or any defects in the roof that were not identified during the initial inspection.
4.3 The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages to the Subscriber's property beyond the scope of leak repairs to the interior ceilings and roof.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 This Agreement will be in effect for an initial term of one year or one month based on the subscription payment choice from the Effective Date and will automatically renew for successive one-year or one-month terms, unless terminated as per clause 5.2.
5.2 Either the Subscriber or Service Provider may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice at any time.
5.3 In the event of termination, the automatic subscription fees will cease and no future fees will be charged. All previous fees will be considered ‘paid for service’.
