Leak in Bathroom…Roofer quotes $750 to complete maintenance needed on roof to fix leak. Painter quotes $500 to paint to match bathroom ceiling. Once restored, no warranty.
Scenario 2 - $Smart (subscriber)
Leak never happens because your roof is maintained. If leak does happen, no extra money out of your pocket. We fix the roof and interior.
Subscriber for 4 years…Storm damage on roof qualifies for a roof replacement. The $1,000 paid over the last 4 years is credited to the replacement. With a $1,000 deductible, your credit covers the deductible.
